We want every shopping experience at Chic Store to be delightful. If your order qualifies for a refund, we process it promptly and transparently. Please read this policy to understand how refunds work.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was cancelled before dispatch.
- Your return has been approved after inspection (see Return Policy).
- Non-delivery of the order after the maximum estimated delivery window.

How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@chicstore.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if item is damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will assess your request within 2–3 business days and confirm refund eligibility.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method or as store credit, per your preference and eligibility.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted — for example, if only part of your order is returned, or if the item shows signs of use but is still eligible under our policy. The exact amount will be communicated before processing.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned outside the 7-day return window.
- Non-returnable product categories (see Return Policy).
- Items not in original condition or missing original tags/packaging.
- Refund requests without proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@chicstore.com.
