Our Return Commitment

At Chic Store, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Items for Return

• Clothing & apparel (unused, with original tags)
• Accessories (undamaged, in original packaging)
• Imitation jewellery (unaltered, in original box)
• Items received in a damaged or defective condition
• Wrong item delivered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
• Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@chicstore.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization along with pick-up/drop-off instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the package.
4. Ship the item or schedule a pick-up as instructed. Retain the tracking number for reference.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, return shipping is covered by Chic Store. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. You will be notified by email once the inspection is complete and your return has been approved or rejected. Approved returns will be processed for exchange or store credit as applicable.
